Lloyd Ward Group – Consumer Complaint – September 18, 2013

Consumer Statement:

As with many I signed up with silver leaf/Lloyd ward and was on the final three payments with BoA and Noteworld did not make my last 3 payments and instead of owing another 900 after paying for a year they want another 3k and the new debt settlement company wants me to sign a hold harmless agreement and they’ll pay 1k of owed money.

When I spoke to Lloyd in June they said I was all done just waiting on 2 checks to clear and I had an extra 185 left that they transferred back to my account….I was done. In July they took another withdrawal which started this ordeal to which I’ve been trying to get resolved almost daily since.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have contacted Noteworld and Lloyd and get hung up on, promises of call backs and new numbers to call to no avail.
