National Student Loan Assistance Center – Consumer Review – March 10, 2014

Company Name: National Student Loan Assistance Center

Describe the Service You Received:

This company, National Student Loan Assistance Center, offered me help wth my student loans saying they could get my payments reduced to 10.00 a month, however after talking with Nelnet rep in person, I find out that with out a court ordered POA there is nothing NSLAC can do.

So I called them back and they cancled my acct with no problem and even submitted a form to billing to see if I could get my payment already made returned.
