Was told that National Advocacy/JDUnited.org could get me out of foreclosure and lower my monthly house payments. If unable to resolve issues, my money would be refunded to me.
The National Advocacy (Ryan Holland) and JdUnited.org. (Malcolm Turner) Scammed me out of $3,999.00. They promised to resolve issues with mortgage company Bank of America and lower monthly payments. If no issues were resolved, my money, less a $700 dollar fee would be refunded to me. According to senior advocate Maria Delgado, the refund of my money is under review? That was seven months ago. The company has since closed it’s doors or was shut down?
Consumer Action Taken:
Emails to Malcolm Turner unanswered. Also please refer to previous complaint form submitted regarding National Advocacy Program.
Through phone calls and emails. But have been unsuccessful. No phone calls returned, and returned emails. As of 03/20/14, a woman by the name of Julie is using the same email address that was being used by National Advocacy’s senior advocate, Maria Delgado
