I am always interested when I see people being pushed down the path of bancruptcy. I didnt see enough information in here about what is being done to try and combat the issues to avoid not being able to make payments. Have the expoenses been cut to free up some extrta cash to tackle the debt. Have you tried contacting your credit card companies and have them put into a better structured plan. They do have thm you just need to be persistant and dont take no for anaswer. If you can afford at least the minimum payments then there is always an option. THis is what I do for my clients, showing the ways to accelerate your debt payoffs is the only way you will ever get out of debt once and for all. Good Luck
