I’m in the same shoes, our fee is just higher $3500. I wish they just give our money back and then all these will be over minus all the heartaches w/c can never be compensated.

We became victims of scam thru Arthur Steven Aldridge, I didnt find out about the lawsuit with the Attorney General AFTER i suspected foul play with these crooks. I did lots and lots of researched and filed complaints, thank God, the Attorney General’s office called me in a matter of days, and now I am in the suit against these scammers. They duped me out of 2700.00 and DID NOT get me the loan modification, but i worked directly with my lender and my bank confirmed that Aldridge and his associates DID NOT NEGOTIATE OR WORK ON OUR CASE. As of today, I’m still fighting them to return my money, and I’m thinking of becoming an activist for all the victims. I suggest you document everthing, phone logs, dates, paperwork etc…..
file complaints with the attorney generals office, state bar (if they’re attorneys) federal trade commission, DRE, bbb, small claims, just about anyone who can possibly help you. Good luck!!

So far I have not recieved a response, the phone numbers are all busy or disconected. I have filed a complaint with AG browns office. I am surprised that there is not an easier way to get on board with AG Brown’d lawsuit like on his website or something? if anyone has any suggestions or successes let me know@!

I am reading about RMR Group. In September 2008 my husband and I signed a contract with them as well. Around November we received Notice of Sale and contacted RMR to see why nohting had been done. My husband went down there twice advising them to return our money. I wrote letters, nothing ever happen. We lost our money. Now I see they were sued. Im wondering how or if we are able to be apart of that lawsuit. Do you have the information of the lawyers who presented the case? Thanks

I think your best bet is to let Home Relief Services know that if they can’t give you a satisfactory refund within one week that you file a complaint with the California Attorney General and the Attorney General of your state, if you live outside of California.

I was delinquent on my mtg when I was contacted by Home Relief Services/Diener Law firm. Jason Messer was the sales person who told me all the lies you mention above. I paid 2900 upront to have them represent me and get my mtg payment reduced and avoid a foreclosure. I finally had to leave my house and am now hoping for a short sale.

How can I get my money back and/or become a part of this class action law suit?
