I can't file bk until December since my 1st filing is less than 8 years before then. Do i tell the attorney that I'm filing bk on my response or just don't answer the letter. I have 30 days to respond to dispute the validity of debt. I am not disputing it, I'm just simply not sure what to tell him. Thanks for your help.
