		<description>Although I am a bankruptcy attorney in California, I agree that the major issue is the fractured relationship with your husband.  I would add marriage counseling to your list of tasks.

Filing bankruptcy does not require your spouse&#039;s permission.  You should see a local bankruptcy attorney about what options are available to you in light of your husband&#039;s refusal to cooperate.
