Debt Settlement Company Elite Financial Services Agrees to Repay Missouri Consumers

Attorney General Koster yesterday announced that the Massachusetts-based debt settlement firm Elite Financial Services, Inc., has agreed to refund all fees paid by Missouri consumers and cease operating in Missouri.
