OfflineHi,
What you may want to do is to contact the credit bureaus in your part of the world, Veda and possibly also Dun and Bradstreet to have them update their records.
Many credit bureaus have a means to do this online via their web site.
You can provide them documentation, such as copies of any discharged bankruptcies, and also any loans that were paid in a timely manner that are not showing on your credit file.
This will aid them in updating and/or correcting your credit file.
I hope this helps.

Unfortunatley, I have gone voluntarily bankrupt on two occasions
, first in 1993 (young, stupid) and again in 2005 ( self employed, accident, no insurance, still stupid). I recently applied for a car loan at inflated rates due to my circumstances – however, the company I dealt with informed me of the earlier bankruptcy from 1993 was on my Veda credit file and I would never be able to obtain finance (even via specialized lenders such as this one) again??!! To my understanding, the first bankruptcy should no longer appear on my file? I would have thought not, as after 7 years from the first Bankruptcy, I obtained vehicle finance without issue and all was paid back on time and in full anyway?
