actually i got an assignment in financial strategy subject and totally lost, the submission is on Monday 25th of Oct this upcomin Monday and was thinking if i can get some help, hints regarding the question to help me get started. thanks in advance 

the question is as below 

FGC affected availability of capital for aus firms. explain the factors/trends identified in the debt n equity markets. providing an example of a real large aus company to prove a recent capital fundraising transaction.

Im sure it seems too easy but as i got no Finance background, have no idea how to start and how to link the FGC with the Debt n Equity with the example.
