Wanting to get things started as you are is a good first step.

Gather your information and see roughly what is the total amounts you owe.

Have you spoke to your creditors to inquire what assistances they maybe able to offer?

Look at your budget and see what you may have each month to pay towards the debts?

If it is the minimum amounts the creditors are asking for then you can start with this as a repayment plan.

If you cannot meet the minimum payments, you could look at what options the creditors themselves have as repayment plans, or also other options such as a debt management plan, consumer proposal or possibly bankruptcy. 

If you wish to consider a consumer proposal or bankruptcy you will need to speak to an attorney in your area.
