The best advice I can give is to contact the mortgage company in question and try to speak to a supervisor (yes, I would expect they do have them) and see what is happening and what needs to be done.
Keep a record of who you are speaking with, dates and times, and if they have direct lines or extensions, those as well.
Hopefully you can get this sorted out and back on track.

we have been modifing our mortgage. the processor has the wrong financials entered ( tonya evan) however once the processor enters the info its hard to restart. after months of refaxing our info.
does loss midigation have supervisers too? also prossesors dont have direct lines or extensions. we teamed up with hope. however i guesss i want to know who is here for us the people. (do the employees get paid for bad behavor and saying no)
