OfflineRia,
When you ask about advice on a loan modification what has caused you to seek this option out with your mortgage? Have you discussed this with your mortgage company and what have they said?
If you have experienced a hardship and require a loan modification, where did you find the $3500 fee for the company assisting you?
Once you have explained your situation to your mortgage company, they could advise you if you would qualify for a loan mod or not and if so send you the necessary paperwork.
Let me know a bit more about your situation and we can look at this together.
Regards,
Jon

I am crrently waiting for response from a Corporation who's suppose to help us with Loan mod.
They didn't want to return oyr $3500 and blamed us that we were not cooperating with them. After 3 weeks (timeline I put in the demand letter) I will file a case in small claims court.
Is there any advice you can give me?
By the way, I also CC'c the BBB and CA Attorney General's office with all the correspondence between me and the Company.
Thank you for your time reading.
Ria
