Unlike most other complaint sites, we actively reach out to the company named and want to give the company a chance to respond and fix the problem to resolve your issue.

If you include the company address when you filed your complaint, at our expense, we will notify the company by mail with a notice similar to this one, direct them to your complaint, and ask them to respond.

Additionally, we do report patterns of what may be consumer abuse to the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and state enforcement agencies.
