    Courthouse News is reporting a new class action suit has been filed against Meracord (NoteWorld) and other for debt settlement activities. This 50 page complaint was filed by Steve Berman (steve@hbsslaw.com) with Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro in Seattle and makes similar allegations as other suits have.
