An interesting development in the NoteWorld / Meracord world and a court case involving an arbitration agreement. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals heard the case between Amrish Rajagopalan and NoteWorld. Courthouse News is reporting a new class action suit has been filed against Meracord (NoteWorld) and other for debt settlement activities.
