Summit Legal Group Loan Modification Attorney – Disbarred

William O’Toole, a Florida attorney that ran Summit Legal Group that claimed to be able to save homes from foreclosure and get loan modifications, has been disbarred for at least five years. Summit Legal Group, Attorney William O’Toole, Suspended Says Florida Bar

The Florida Bar announced again that Boca Raton attorney William O’Toole of Summit Legal Group has been suspended. O’Tooles home loan modification and foreclosure business are said to have caused “great public harm.” William Timothy O’Toole, 1489 W.
