Community Debt Relief – Client Service Center Mailer

By on October 25, 2016

An amazing reader sent in a new debt relief mailer through my I Buy Junk Mail program.

Here is the cover of the mailer.

The front of the mailer looks like an official document.

The fine print of the mailer says it is from Community Debt Relief. It appears to be an offer for debt settlement.

I thing the statement on “Upon clearance of said accounts, all three major credit bureaus will be notified that your debts have been completely satisfied and reflect zero balanaces,” is a bit misleading.

There is no requirement for any lender to report to all three bureaus and while the amount settled will show as paid with a zero balance, the amount written off will still report as a bad debt.

I would recommend that anyone considering using such a company should read the following free guides.
