Core Advisory Group Headed Into More Hot Water and Court

Written by Steve Rhode

The California foreclosure rescue group Core Advisory Group is truly in the middle of some sort of waterspout tsunami Bermuda Triangle.

On November 4, 2016 the State of Ohio filed suit against Core Advisory Group and Trung Luong and alleged the company violated Ohio law by charging advanced fees for foreclosure rescue or mortgage assistance services. You can read the suit here.

What makes this interesting is that while Mike Luong was named in the suit, he was essentially previously outed by Devin Benter. You can see a statement from Benter here.

The suit also alleges the company made unsupported performance claims, unrealistic promises, deceptive representations, and untrue claims to entice consumers to purchase services. The suit goes on to say the “Defendants failed to provide the services they agreed to provide.”

Sincerly,
Steve
