TJX Rewards Card Synchrony Bank – Consumer Complaint – December 20, 2016

Consumer Statement:

I received a letter from TJX Rewards Card stating that someone used my information to attempt to open up an account, but their name didn’t match my information. The entire letter was in spanish, which I don’t speak and I had to have it translated. It said to call a number, and when I did they asked for my personal information over the phone!!!! Which I DID NOT give to them.


Consumer Action Taken:

Unable to resolve anything, the voice mail menu asks for my social card to continue. I am NOT giving that out.
