My Father is Accusing My Fiancé of Attempted Murder So I Need a Loan

Question:

Dear Steve,

I have been on the hunt for a loan for a month now and with no avail, My father is accusing my fiancé of attempted murder, I need a loan as soon as humanly possible with 0$ upfront fees low apr, I have already given lawyer 1000. So the remaining total is 34,000

I live in Northern California. Will I be able to find a no upfront fee loan with low credit a brand new bank account and no legitimate proof of employment. I have been paying bills since I was 16 I am now 28

Jilene

Answer:

Dear Jilene,

Yea, good luck with that.

There are no legitimate loans that don’t have upfront or origination fees. Depending on your credit score, for an unsecured personal loan of that size you should expect interest rates in the 20% to 35% range.

Keep in mind that along with a good credit score you must be able to demonstrate a capacity to repay the loan. That seems like a stretch with “no legitimate proof of employment.”

If the man you love is being charged criminally, have you asked for a public defender? Or is this a civil suit filed by your father?

Sincerely,
