I was recently asked about a company named MackLock National Credit and since I did not know anything about them I sent them an email asking for information for the article.
“Hello Kind Folks at MackLock National Credit,
Your company recently came to my attention and I’m working on a review for my readers.
I’d be most appreciative if you could provide some basic information and I’d love to include a quote from a company officer about your company.
Most specifically, what I’m looking for is a copy of your client contract, a list of the states you are offering service in, how you are dealing with fees and the CROA hurdles, and what your success rate is using the validation approach since it appears your website was registered about a year ago.
Additionally, you say you are located in California but CA has no record of you being registered to do business in the state via https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/ Can you please provide evidence of your registration in CA and the names of your company management.
I did find this information that says the owner of the company is a PR entity? https://www.companiespa.com/company/6382632/macklock-national-credit-llc and http://datagovus.com/colorado-business.php?id=20161300756
Also it appears the name Macklock National Credit is a fictitious name for Premier Documents, LLC. See attached.
My email to the Macklock National Credit public email address was undeliverable. “Your message couldn’t be delivered to firstname.lastname@example.org because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.”
I then emailed attorney Michael Thurman who had assisted the company with public filings. He did not return my email either.
