Consumer Consent Provided to Share Complaint: Consent provided

Consumer Complaint: I have my student loans through Navient. When I called about options to pay less on my student loans, the only XXXX options they gave me were to either pay them or enroll in school to put them into in-school deferment. I already pay them {$500.00} a month and with some loans coming out of foreberance, my monthly payment was going up to {$800.00} a month, which is impossible with my income and other debt that was accumulated during school like credit cards. I just do n’t feel I was given any options to repay. I do n’t agree with them telling me to enroll in school again in order to not pay on my current loans and would then acquire more loans and really not be able to pay them. I ca n’t stay in school forever.
