Consumer Complaint: Debt was settled with XXXX XXXX XXXX back in XXXX XXXX . My uncle got a phone call from a XXXX XXXX calling from XXXX stating she was calling from us national collecting a debt on the account that was settled. She had my dob, and social and states that she will try to not press charges. I told her case was settled and she asked me to submit email to National Arbitration reconciliation .org i tried that and the email did not go through. I followed the trail from where i got the loan and who it was sold to and confirmed with documentation that it was paid and closed out.
