Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX t Date XXXX 31,2012 Amount XXXX This was taken to court. I had no idea the debt existed until I applied for a personal loan. I then contacted XXXX and that ‘s when I was told by them it was in collections and what it was actually for! Do I have any rights here? I was never notified of anything. I happened to stumble across it! They will not take a settlement or anything and even though I do not feel I am soley responsible for this debt I would like to rectify it.
