Consumer Complaint: I have a student loan with XXXX ( now Navient ) since XXXX . I have struggled with making payments since I got the loans and still walked out owing when I was left with no degree or certificate. I have attempted borrowers defense and the only discharged the XXXX from XXXX being closed. I ended up filing bankruptcy XXXX and this STILL is the only debt I have. They never advised me of the IBR until XXXX and even the interest is increasing my loans and effecting my credit score . I filed a complaint with Ombudsman that mandated they remove my payment history from XXXX / XXXX / XXXX back t XXXX and they still wont remove the history. I do not feel I owe these loans and have failed to help manage them since XXXX . The loans went from 7,000 to now over 12,000 over the course of XXXX years. They have multiple accts listed making it look like there are more loans than there actually are. And I have done disputes on my credit report and still not rectified. They advised me to consolidate the loans now they are listed under XXXX
