Consumer Complaint: I contacted XXXX for student loan consolidation and forgiveness. I am not sure how DOAN SOLUTIONS got my information, but I was contacted by them to send in documentation to finalize my request. I sent in the documentation and gave them information to take three ins tallment payments from my account, thinking they were part of XXXX . I called XXXX to ensure all documentation had been received and check status of my consolidation. I was informed that they had not received any documentation or any payments. I was also informed that the services being offered were free and that I should not have been paying and that my student loans were in default. I am not sure how DOAN SOLUTIONS got involved with this process.
