Consumer Complaint: in XXXX or XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX for a XXXX friday cell phone sale. I purchased a phone in XXXX XXXX ( XXXX account ) I was told there was a 14 day return policy which has always been the case for cellphone users. Within the XXXX I attempted to use the phone but the service was so horrible most of the time I could n’t. Within the 14 days i returned the phone to XXXX XXXX and the representative stated to account was clear. Later i get a collection noticed saying i owe XXXX dollars for something i no longer own and returned to the store. I Spoke with the collection agency and XXXX directly and explained I returned the merchandise and was told i did n’t owe anything. I also returned to XXXX XXXX picked up a copy of the return receipt, forwarded it to both companies and was still told I owe the debt some an item that barely worked and returned. The collection company is called XXXX XXXX XXXX . Date opened is XXXX XXXX , XXXX
