Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX , I sent all three credit reporting agencies a letter, attached here to for your convenience, along with Certified Mail confirmation. I had requested verification of each account listed on the letter. There are many. Today we will concentrate on XXXX XXXX XXXX . I did contact the company. They are looking for a XXXX XXXX , regarding an instrument for a XXXX . I have NEVER been a XXXX , nor do I know a XXXX . The person at XXXX asked that I send a copy of my credit report to prove that it was on my credit report and advised that upon receipt they would remove it from my credit report. When I called on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX , to confirm that my fax, attached here to, had been received. XXXX assisted me and advised that even though I was NOT the person they were looking for and HAD sent in my credit report XXXX could NOT do anything about taking it off of my credit report. I advised that it was a crime to knowingly present fraudulent information to be reported, not to mention for the credit reporting agencies to have NOT proof that it was my debit and still be reporting it. Regardless he said he not XXXX would do anything about my credit report. This complaint is against : Equifax, XXXX , XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for KNOWINGLY / CRIMINALY to date reporting FALSE information, information that they have knowledge is INCORRECT, FALSE, UNTRUE.
