Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX while I was in my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX l I had to go to the hospital to get some XXXX XXXX done for my XXXX . My dad had paid all dues and bills and there was no issue. On the mistake of XXXX XXXX themselves they charged my me with the bill of {$190.00} that had been paid, being in XXXX I didnt know what a credit report was so I never checked it. Later in XXXX after I had entered the military it was found that I had a collection from XXXX XXXX in NY for {$190.00} still. My dad and I both called and the issue was fixed and the balance was cleared up and they sent letters to the TEK-COLLECT to close the collections account. XXXX at TEK COLLECT said he m ailed letters to the credit companies saying it was cleared up. It never was till I called him months later, this time only XXXX was fixed. Here I am now almost 3 years later and I was just denied from a XXXX XXXX on behalf of the companies not doing their XXXX job. XXXX did not send out the letters apparently to XXXX or XXXX . Today I called XXXX and spoke to their rep and she said they mailed letters and would send some out today as well XXXX / XXXX / XXXX . She assured me it was fixed on their end. So XXXX at TEK COLLECT possibly have ruined my career because of them being incompetent in their job.
