Consumer Complaint: I applied for a student loan through XXXX XXXX XXXX back in XXXX and I placed specific stipulations on the loan. I requested the student pay interest during school, I asked to be notified if the loan goes delinquent and I ask the loan be denied if XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX does not agree to the terms. XXXX XXXX XXXX removed my stipulations from the documentation and forged my signature to push the loan through. In XXXX I applied for a car loan and American Education Services came up on my negative credit category for a delinquent loan. I was never notified about the loan not being paid. I have been calling and writing XXXX merican Education Services , XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX , and National Collegiate Trust to get my name removed since I did not agree to or sign for the loan in question. They continue to effect my credit in a negative manner and have refused to address the issue. I filled out a fraud packet in XXXX and sent it in but they returned it saying they did not accept the information I entered and that I did not complete the packet to their satisfaction. They have since requested me to fill out another fraud packet but I believe they are only trying to waist time and gather my current contact information. I can not fill out another fraud packet knowing they refused the first one. I have spent 11 years and over 200 hours on the phone trying to get someone to address the matter. I am still in touch daily with AES and can not get in touch with NCT. I have looked in to hiring a lawyer but I was told since it is a government office ti would cost more in fees then the loan. I am looking into a class action suite and h ave not ruled that possibility out but I need something done to resolve my credit.
