Consumer Complaint: It appears tha t EOS CCA might have purchased my debt from another company, or otherwise reported the wrong delinquency date from the origional account. The origional delinquency date was sometime in XXXX and they have just reported to the credit bureau or my credit report reflects the date as XXXX XXXX XXXX , which has obviously affected my credit score dramatically. Federal law requires that collection agencies report the origional delinquency date from the oridional account. I want this corrected immediately. I also never received a single letter from this company regarding the debt. The debt was incurred as XXXX failed to meet their corporate responsibility in reviewing my account for false charges on my account. I expect this debt to be removed in the federal 7 ye ar time frame.
