Consumer Complaint: I have submitted documents to apply for an income-driven repayment plan 4 times. The company keeps replying they ca n’t read the documents I sent ( they were scanned and sent in two different formats. ) The last time I submitted paperwork they replied Asking for a document I already submitted. They keep delaying my application in order to add more interest to my debt. All the documentation was properly submitted, and I have the emails to prove it. Nelnet is maliciously delaying the process.
