Consumer Complaint: I called the State wide LLC Informed them that I was going to be filing a BK. They turned and told me that I could not. They were yelling at me I told them I have a attorney, I talked to supervisor he told me to call the m 3 way, Yes I have a attorney but have not been able to get a hold of them I am working on that. I tried to get them to listen to me and tell them not to call my sister to cease communications. They keep calling her at work and bothering her. I told her to tell them that if they call her one more time that she will contact CFPB an turn around and sue them for harassment. I then get a call from XXXX XXXX XXXX that they verified employment and house of residents and were going to serve me with papers. Yes I know I can be served I have worked for a collection agency but she was yelling at me and demanded that I have 2 forms of ID ‘s well I have not been served. I know who I owe and the amount but I am filling a chapter XXXX bk I have huge medical debt and cc debt that is out of my reach. I am also a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and just cant handle the medical debt. They also threatening me with jail. Check fraud etc
