Consumer Complaint: about 11 yr s ago I had got some kind of paper and it was about this 3 party suing me for a credit card .than about 1 yr ago i n XX/XX/XXXX th e sum of XXXX they tried to take my only car and than took me to court and I made payment arrangement .. times got hard on my income so I have stopped paying them .. with in that yr I have been assured what to do next they have stop me from getting tags for my car. and I had to get some help to get my tags back. mean while I got pulled over with expired plates ..than I have n’t heard from them until XX/XX/XXXX they had XXXX XXXX court officer come and repo my only car. deman ding the full amount of money before they take it XXXX . I felt very scared with XXXX XXXX in my presents when I was cleaning out my car.. Credigy Receivables inc. is t he 3 p arty debt collector with no proof that this credit card was mine .. and the statute of limitations and the way they went about ..so many unanswered questions. I feel that I do n’t have the funds to pay a lawyer to get my car back and get this resolved thank u for your time
