Consumer Complaint: Terrible experience with F ed LoanServicing. I am in the PSLF program. When I submitted my first ECF, my loans were switched from XXXX to FedLoan. I received no credit for past qualifying payments for PSLF that were amde while being serviced by XXXX . I called a few times and finally someone was able to ” help ” me. They said my account files needed to be thoroughly reviewed, and that I would learn of the results of the review in 12 weeks. It has been more than 12 weeks and no one is able to say anything other than : File is still being reviewed.
