Consumer Complaint: I have been working with Navient and XXXX for the past year on an IDR. I have faxed over documents multiple times including pay stubs and the application for an IDR whi ch Navient continued to say they never received on at least 3-4 occasions each time offering me a 60 day forebearance. On the last occasion I mailed a ha rd copy to the company and finally received an IDR, XXXX received my documents however takes several days to process and IDR. They in turn report that additional information is required because the pay stubs need to be within the past 30 days.After supplying current pay stubs the agency requires the same duration for processing as the pay stubs expiration and I repeat the process offering a forbearance each time. The services appear to operating dishonestly by giving the ” run-around ” to individuals making due diligent efforts to receive an IDR plan an affordable monthly payments.
