Consumer Complaint: Over the course of XX/XX/XXXX , I ac crued a debt with the college I was enrolled at that year, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . Due to some college loans/grants/awards falling through, I was unable to repay the amount immediately. I subsequently re-enlisted in the XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX . While I was on XXXX XXXX , the colleg e discharged my outstanding tuition bill ( {$8300.00} ) to a private debt collector, I believe in violation of SCRA. That private debt collector then assessed {$1800.00} in collection fees while I was on XXXX XXXX , also in violation of SCRA.
