Consumer Complaint: I have been h it XXXX or XXXX times on my credit by Common Wealth Financial, som e medical collection company. It is hitting my credit as new debt. I have not been to an emergency room s ince XX/XX/XXXX a nd never any of the ones they are listing. I asked them through their rep XXXX to provide me with paperwork showing my signature authorizing procedures or patient paperwork. The representative XXXX said it could take up to 3 weeks. I said that is fine. I finally get something in the mail for them and it is just a bill. The guy calls me back and says, ” did you get what I sent you? ” I advised that all I received was an invoice for what they were trying to collect for. He said that is all they have. I advised it was not my debt and that I will be disputing, there is no paperwork on me. My score dropped almost XXXX points in la st 2 week s because they are making a debt that is not mine look as though it is something new. They already advised that whomever had this debt it is from XX/XX/XXXX , not in last 3 months as it is showing.
