Consumer Complaint: I have attempted to have this account removed from my credit since XXXX XXXX . I have sent letters for validation a nd all I get in return is the account is VERIFIED via FCRA rules & I am instructed to call AD ASTRA. For 2 years now, I call them give them the partial account number from my report once the account is pulled up I ‘m asked to verify my social and birthday HOWEVER they are unable to discuss the account because the personal information does n’t match. I filed a complaint via this website XXXX a nd in return Ad Astra uploaded and mailed me loan documents that did not bear my written signature HOWEVER the documents they sent did prove my point that the account does n’t belong to me. Per the documents sent to me by ad astra the social is NOT mine. I sent a copy of the documents THEY sent me to the XXXX main credit bureaus YET Ad Astra will not remove this account from my credit file. For 2 years I have proven and they have given evidence that this account does n’t belong to me. They even transferred the account to an attorney who sued me and LOST because the personal information does n’t match mine. The attorney removed their listing from my report but Ad Astra will not ALTHOUGH they personally sent me information proven that the file does n’t belong to me. Please just remove this from my credit report.
