Consumer Complaint: I received a letter fr om Procollect offering a settlement and deletion from my credit reports. I contacted them on XXXX XXXX in reference to this letter and paid the settlement and was told the collection would be deleted on XXXX XXXX . To date the collection has not been deleted and still shows full balance due. I have contact ed Procollect twice about this, once spoke with a supervisor, both times being told my balance is {$0.00} and thi s is no longer their issue and was then hung up on by both associate and supervisor when I started to ask questions.
