Consumer Complaint: I contacted the company to get information pertaining to the alleged debt. They sent me a debt validation which shows I owe a balance of {$150.00} to the school when I had student loans and financial aid. The debt is not owed. The first time the lady hung up on me. I called back and they do n’t tell you there name and the person said they will not remove the debt and will still on my credit she does n’t care what I say or do. Then she rudely hung up on me. I then went to the Indian a Secy of State to check them out and found they are not licensed or registered in the State of Indiana.
