Consumer Complaint: XXXX from REVCREST Inc e xplained to me that i could not lower my payments as the young lady before told me that after XXXX garnishments ( whic h are creating a big hardship as it is XXXX put of my check a month and my bills are behind due to this ) I could lower my payment, she then asked for a financial statement over the phone,. I gave her the information and now i am being told different, that i would have to continue the garnishment and i would have to make payments as well. is this legal? if so I will be homeless soon! every time i ask for a hearing which is my RIGHT, I have been denied … IT IS MY RIGHT!
