Consumer Complaint: Today XX/XX/XXXX I was made aware that Barclays Bank Delaware made the decision not in my favor regarding an Identity Theft Report filed and a Fraud Affidavits provided to the company .Barclays sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX and XXXX XXXX accounts that were open fraudulent without my approval or permission, Barclays sold the accounts to 2 outside collections agencies knowing the accounts for reported fraudulent in XX/XX/XXXX , this is not ethical, instead of correcting the problem Barclays sells the accounts to collections agencies.
