Consumer Complaint: Tried to dispute through credit bureaus and collection agency, illegally said debt was verified. Originally removed from XXXX credit report on XX/XX/2017 then added back on XX/XX/2017 . This action was a violation via FDCPA and FCRA for not giving me a 5 bu siness day notice that it will be reinserted on my credit report. This action damaged my reputation and credit score/report. Collection agency has failed to provide me with original documentation from original creditor with my wet ink signature. Copies of copies does not validate proof of debt owed. Original documents without my wet ink signature does not validate proof of debt owed.
