Consumer Complaint: Phoenix financial services has been in constant contact with me accusing me of owing a debt to them and their client. I have disputed the account stating I have no knowledge of debt they claim is owed. I hav e asked for written validation from this company and have not received anything with my original signature or a contract stating that I am the person obligated to pay debt. Company claims that they have ” confirmed ” debt with its client, but has not provided documentation. How was this debt validated? Where is the signature? Where is the documents? This company claims they will report to credit bureaus but this is against the law because I have not received proof of accounts. I am not or never have been associated with the telephone number listed on this letter and this company has violated my rights by being in possession of medical diagnosis codes! I have been informed by my attorney that this is illegal and against the law. If this company proceeds to report these accounts without validation I will proceed to file suit
