Product: Medical debt

Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed

Consumer Consent Provided to Share Complaint: Consent provided

Consumer Complaint: I had a medical debt in the amount of {$240.00} that I recently paid. I received a notice form Transworld Systems Inc. I called to try to tell them I paid the debt, however the number goes right to a voicemail and I can not leave a message. There is a website, so I logged on but I continuously get an error, and the screen will not provide me a number to call. I have no way of communicating with them that this debt has been paid.
