Consumer Complaint: The company, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , Fl. reported on my personal XXXX credit report XXXX a placement for collection by XXXX , account # XXXX . ( cr edit report pages are attached ). I mailed a letter dated XXXX XXXX 2017 ( which is attached ) stating that I DID NOT RECEIVE a letter for 30 day notification to have an attempt to dispute this debt before reporting to credit agency. XXXX is in violation Fair Credit Reporting Act for failure to do so and m y credit score dr opped XXXX points ( the damage ), I further followed up with a phone call to them and spoke with XXXX XXXX , and XXXX who could not locate the account information.. I then called back again and spoke to XXXX , who said she located the account and would send me copies of the letter from XXXX and their ” 30 day letter, WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED as of today XXXX / XXXX / 17 . This debt needs to be removed from my credit bureau agencies, since SR violated the law.
