Consumer Complaint: Abo ut ten y ears ago, my then husband had unknown to me gotten a credit card with my information. My ex husbands abusive behaviors led to our divorce at the time. Lo and behold, I get a garnishment summons for an amount t I have no clue of. I have never had a XXXX XXXX charge card.I have been divorced from my ex husband for 13 years now. I tried explaining to these collectors bu t they wo n’t budge. How do I support XXXX kids with my pay garnished.? Please help me resolve this issue.
