Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX , 2017 , I sent a validation letter t o Franklin Collection Service, Incorporated in XXXX , Mississippi in regards to a negative inquiry that was placed on my credit report. The purpose of the validation letter was to validate the debt and provide proof to me that I am indeed the rightful owner of the debtI have no idea of who the company is and what services that could have been provided to me from this company. Withi n ten days, I received a print out of an itemized bill from Franklin lncorporated Service , Inc in t he amount {$35.00}. As of today, they have not provided me with documentation or any evidence of a relationship between the company or myself. Also, they did not provide me with any instrument bearing my signature. Next, I sent another validation letter informing them of their rights to validate the debt or remove it from my credit profile. Nevertheless, they have not responded and it is way past 45 days.
